Raised in South Central Los Angeles, California, my passion for graphic design started at a young age. When I was just eight years old, I began experimenting with design by creating YouTube banners, thumbnails, and video game cover art for other people online. What started as a hobby quickly turned into a deep fascination with digital art and visual storytelling. Through those early projects, I began teaching myself Adobe Photoshop, constantly learning new techniques and pushing my creativity further with every design.
Growing up surrounded by the culture, music, and fashion of Los Angeles also played a major role in shaping my creative perspective. Streetwear, graphics, and visual identity were everywhere—from local shops to everyday style on the streets—which helped inspire my interest in designing graphics that feel bold, authentic, and culturally connected.
Today, I work as a Graphic Designer for Civil Clothing’s Private Label division (DBA Darc Sport), where I develop graphics and apparel concepts for major retailers including PacSun, Tilly’s, Hot Topic, Fashion Nova, Burlington, and others. In this role, I consistently produce 20+ original designs each week, developing graphics that align with both brand identity and current market trends.
My work spans a wide range of apparel categories including t-shirts, jackets, sweaters, fleece sets, bottoms, swimwear, and accessories. I collaborate closely with the design team and design leadership to plan graphic placement, refine visual concepts, and ensure designs translate effectively across different garment types and production methods.
I’ve also had the opportunity to design official licensed artwork for globally recognized franchises such as Marvel, Warner Bros. (including DC, Looney Tunes, and Rick & Morty), Star Wars, and Disney, creating graphics that meet strict licensing guidelines while still delivering strong visual impact.
Beyond graphics, I assist throughout the product development process by preparing line sheets, CADs, tech packs, and licensing submissions, while also helping manage style numbers and product documentation. I also work closely with the development team when selecting fabric colors, Pantones, swatches, and TCX references to ensure every piece maintains a cohesive and high-quality final look.
In addition to apparel graphics, I design print and digital marketing assets such as social media visuals, website banners, packaging concepts, signage, and promotional materials.
My work is driven by the belief that design is more than just visuals—it’s a way to communicate ideas, culture, and emotion. Whether I’m developing a single graphic or contributing to an entire collection, my goal is always to create work that stands out, connects with people, and leaves a lasting impression.
